Eugene Liu is the Founder and Principal Analyst of High Castle Research, with over 25 years of experience in the enterprise communications and customer experience industry. He has excelled in hands-on technical roles as well as various management consulting positions, in companies large and small, serving clients across many industries. Because of this extensive background, Eugene is astutely aware of the layers of technical intricacies and sometimes overlooked human concerns when it comes to EC/CX related decisions.
Several years ago Eugene created and edited an independent blog about the industry and most recently writes the CX Chronicle weekly newsletter. Eugene holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and a Master’s from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University. He is also fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and has lived in the Atlanta area since 1989.
